To provide a transfer device capable of improving a working efficiency by increasing the number of metal parts transferred by one taking-out operation by a simple structure.
This transfer device includes a moving mechanism arranged in the vicinity of a container storing the metal parts that are magnetic materials, and an arm member connected to the moving mechanism and moving in an arbitrary direction. It further includes an electromagnet 36 attached to the front end of the arm member, and a magnetic metal plate 38 freely movably attached to the electromagnet 36. The metal plate 38 includes a recess 42 and a protrusion 44 in its rim part, and the recess 42 and the protrusion 44 are protruded to the outside of the electromagnet 36. The metal plate 38 includes an oblong hole 40 long in one direction passing through its center, and the electromagnet 36 includes a lock flange 46 inserted in the oblong hole 40 of the metal plate 38 for locking the metal plate 38 slidably and rotatably.
