Abstract:
PURPOSE: Transfer material with a proper adhering force between film and printed pictures. which are printed with the special printing ink on a high density polyethylene film and covered by a pressure-sensitive bond layer.
CONSTITUTION: To polyurethane resin obtained from reacting 100 parts of polyisosianate with 20W150 parts of polyester polyore, is attached pigment foam elimina tors, other resins and solvents to produce a printing ink. Then characters, pictures and designs are printed on the carrying sheet consisting of high density polyethylene film with this printing ink and are covered by the pressure-sensitive bond layer thereon.
