When a micro-encapsulated liquid is pumped up, a turbo pump is used instead of a gear pump which has been used so far. One of applicable encapsulated liquids is a substance micro-encapsulated by the reaction of a water insoluble monomer with another monomer with reactive functional groups against the water-insoluble monomer, at the boundary face of both phases of a O/W type dispersed liquid or an emulsified liquid composed of an oil phase including a core material and a water-insoluble monomer and a water phase, for instance. A centrifugal pump is preferable as a turbo pump used for a transfer pump and especially a volute pump is most preferable.
