Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a temporarily impedance lowering method for a current route by a simple construction work and execution.
CONSTITUTION: Circular current paths 1, 1,... are installed at least in the middle of a current path and electric current is let flow while being divided circularly into at least two directions and then combined circularly, so that transient impedance is prevented from becoming high and the electric current is spread and divided in a wide area. Moreover the transient impedance is lowered by lowering the wave height value of each current.
