Abstract:
To provide a microwave generation element integral with a transmission circuit, which can achieve a high output of microwave without using an amplifier.SOLUTION: A microwave generation element 1 integral with a transmission circuit includes: a high frequency oscillation element 10; and a lower stripline 17 and an upper stripline which transmit the microwave oscillated from the high frequency oscillation element. The output impedance of the high frequency oscillation element is 0.1 to 25 Ω. Further, in the lower and upper striplines, impedance conversion is performed so that the microwave generation element integral with the transmission circuit has output impedance two times or more than the output impedance of the high frequency oscillation element, and the microwave, oscillated from the high frequency oscillation element, is transmitted using the lower and upper striplines.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
