PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a bearing structure in which noise due collision of a bearing ring against rolling elements of a connecting rod bearing can be reduced, the noise causing degradation in NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness).SOLUTION: There is provided a transmission system including: an eccentric rotating member 6 eccentrically rotating integrally with an input shaft; an oscillation link connected to an output shaft; a one-way clutch converting oscillation of the oscillation link into rotation; an eccentric amount adjusting mechanism decentering a center of rotation of the eccentric rotating member 6 to a center of rotation of the input shaft; and a connecting rod 15 connecting the eccentric rotating member and the oscillation link together, the connecting rod has an annular one end portion 15a supported by an outer circumferential surface of the eccentric rotating member through a bearing 16, the other end portion 15b connected to the oscillation link, and a connecting portion 15c for connecting one end portion and the other end portion to each other. The connecting portion is formed in such a way that an action line of input load F1 input from one end portion to the oscillation link through the connecting portion, and an action line of reaction load F2 received by one end portion from the other end portion through the connecting portion by reaction of the oscillation link are offset.
