Abstract:
To provide a transparent or semi-transparent liquid softener composition having excellent softening effect.
The transparent or semi-transparent liquid softener composition contains (a) a polymer compound containing a constitutional unit (1) derived from among a specific monomer, (b) one or more compounds selected from specific quaternary ammonium salts and amine compounds, (c) an organic solvent having a logP of -0.5 to +1.5 and (d) a specific nonionic surfactant and/or cationic surfactant respectively in an amount within a specific range.
