Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport device which achieves downsizing of articles in a transport direction.SOLUTION: A transport device of an embodiment includes: a body part; an arm part; a first conveyor; a common guide rail; an arm part lifting mechanism; and a first conveyor lifting mechanism. The arm part transports articles located outside the body part toward the body part. The first conveyor is provided at the body part and receives the articles carried by the arm part to transport the articles. The common guide rail extends in a lifting direction. The arm part lifting mechanism moves up or down the arm part along the common guide rail. The first conveyor lifting mechanism moves up or down the first conveyor along the common guide rail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
