Abstract:
To reduce thrown trash and increase trash separation and an effect of putting a label with a name and an address by attaching a lottery to trash.
The lottery is attached to the label on which the address and the name are written. When collecting trash, a bar code 5 is read from the label, on which the bar code is marked, by a bar code reader or the like and the lottery is judged whether winning or not.
