One or both of a steering box 17 for transmitting the operation of a steering wheel 14 to dirigible road wheels 2 and the fuel tank 22 for an engine 7 are integrally formed with a clutch housing 13 in which a clutch 12 is housed for transmitting driving force from the engine 7 to a transmission 8.
