To provide a relatively inexpensive traveling truck which can travel or be steered while preventing or suppressing any positional deviation during the steering operation, and is free from generation of noise.
The traveling truck has a moving device 24 comprising a steering shaft 6 turnably supported by a base 10; a steering block 3 provided below the steering shaft 6; a pair of wheels 1, 2 juxtaposed on the steering block 3 in an advancing/retracting direction; a driving mechanism 26 for separately rotating the pair of wheels 1, 2 in the forward and reverse directions, and a steering mechanism 25 capable of simultaneously changing the directions of the pair of wheels 1, 2 together with the steering block 3 by turning the steering shaft 6 by the rotation of the pair of wheels 1, 2.
