Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the precise practice in sensing of removal of an unnecessary weft yarn such as a mispick.
SOLUTION: When a mispick Y4 is caused, air is jet from a picking main nozzle 22, picking auxiliary nozzles 18 and 19 and a stretch nozzle 322 with a controlling computer C. A succeeding weft yarn Y5 connected to the mispick Y4 is pulled in the picking direction by jetting actions of the picking main nozzle 22 and the picking auxiliary nozzle 18. Thereby, the mispick Y4 is peeled from a cloth fell W successively from the side of the picking main nozzle 22 and the mispick Y4 and the succeeding weft yarn Y5 are arranged in a picking passage 281 by the jetting actions of the picking main nozzle 22 and the picking auxiliary nozzles 18 and 19. The presence of the mispick Y4 arranged in the picking passage 281 is sensed with a weft yarn sensor 27.
