Title:
TRIANGULAR SHAPE FORMING AND DISPLAY IMPLEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3716464
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form various triangular graphics according to assigned conditions by combining three transparent scales displayed with graduations of lengths on the inner side so as to form a triangular shape and displaying the graduations of the angles around the intersected points in the three intersected points.
SOLUTION: The left side scale 3 is rotated and is stopped at where the point of the assigned angle of a base angle gauge 5 and its angle measuring line 4 are aligned when the length on one side and both end angles thereof are assigned. The length of the base is then taken from the inner side 2 of the base scale 10 and the right side scale 1 is moved to the point and is aligned to a zero point. The assigned angle is read from a right angle gauge 9 and the point and the inner side of the scale 10 are aligned. Next, the angle measuring line 4 of the scale 3 is aligned to the point of the corresponding angle of, for example, the base angle gage 5 and the zero point of the scale 1 is aligned to the point of the corresponding length of the scale 10 when the length of the two sides and the angle therebetween are assigned. The scale 1 is then rotated to aligned its inner side to the point of the graduation of the corresponding length of the scale 3.
