Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triangular wave generation circuit capable of suppressing fluctuation by an ambient temperature, of a maximum voltage and a minimum voltage of a generated triangular wave even in a case where a general-purpose operational amplifier is used.SOLUTION: In a triangular wave generation circuit 2 consisting of an integration circuit and a comparator circuit, the comparator circuit comprises a reference voltage generation circuit 21 that generates a reference voltage to be compared with an output voltage of the integration circuit, and supplies the reference voltage to an operational amplifier OP3 of the comparator circuit. No positive feedback resistor is provided on the operational amplifier OP3. The reference voltage generation circuit 21 has such a circuit configuration that the reference voltage is switched to an upper limit value of the triangular wave during Low output of the operational amplifier OP3, and that the reference voltage is switched to a lower limit value of the triangular wave during High output of the operational amplifier OP3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
