Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that amplitude of triangular waves is fluctuated when frequency is changed.
SOLUTION: This triangular wave oscillation circuit is provided with a capacitor CT, a charge/discharge circuit 11 performs charge or discharge to the capacitor CT with prescribed current values, a control circuit 12 which generates a control signal Q for switching the charge/discharge of the charge/discharge circuit 11 and a reference voltage circuit 13 which changes reference voltage Vch* on the high potential side according to a charged current value I1 of the charge/discharge circuit 11, changes reference voltage Vcl* on the low potential side according to a discharged current value I2 of the charge/discharge circuit 11 and outputs the voltage to the control circuit 12. Even when the charged current value I1 and the discharged current value I2 are changed, the amplitude of the triangular waves is made to be approximately constant.
