Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a two phase triangular wave signal with an equal amplitude and a constant phase difference.
SOLUTION: A Vreg terminal is to input controlled power supply, and a GND terminal is for ground connection. A current source 10 is to supply a constant current. An oscillator circuit 20 outputs a triangular wave signal S1. A phase detector 30 detects a phase synchronizing signal with another oscillator circuit, and outputs a switching signal to an N transistor Q3. An N transistor Q1 and an N transistor Q2 constitute a current mirror circuit. The N transistor Q3 receives the switching signal, from the phase detector 30 to execute charging/ discharging control for the oscillator circuit 20. A current source 40 supplies a constant current. An oscillator circuit 50 outputs a triangular signal S2. A phase detector 60 detects the phase synchronizing signal with another oscillator circuit, and outputs a switching signal to an N transistor Q6. An N transistor Q4 and an N transistor Q5 constitute a current mirror circuit. The N transistor Q6 receives the switching signal from the phase detector 60, to execute charging/ discharging control for the oscillator circuit 50.
