Title:
TUBE ASSEMBLY FOR COLLECTING CORE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3781208
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube assembly for collecting good cores (samples) not stirred at all times by forming a slit in the axial direction of an inner tube having the inner dia. whose size is the same as the inner dia, and forming a chamfered part at an end of shoe side.
SOLUTION: In the radial direction of an outer tube 2 having a bit 1 attached to its end, a linear tube 4 having a shoe attached to its end is arranged. Above the shoe 3 in the inner radial direction of the tube 4, an inner tube 5 acting as a sampler tube is arranged. By rotating the outer tube 2 for boring the ground, a core K is taken in the inner tube 5. In such the constitution, the inner tube 5 is composed of a synthetic resin made tube having the same inner dia. size as the inner dia. size of the shoe 3, and a slit is formed in the axial direction. At an end on the side of the shoe 3, a chamfered part is formed so that the inner dia. is enlarged toward the side of the shoe 3.
