PURPOSE: To prevent the entrainment of bubbles into a turbidity detecting solvent and also prevent the contamination by drying of the observation window of a light transmitting turbidity detecting device provided in a solvent circulating passage.
CONSTITUTION: A gas-liquid separator 100 is provided in a bypass solvent circulating passage 80 which is branched from a solvent circulating passage 300 allowing the outlet side of a solvent circulating pump 6 to communicate with the upper part of a treatment tank 10 having a centrifugal spinning type rotating drum 11, and provided so as to communicate with the upper part of the treatment tank 10, and an exhaust passage 90 communicating with the exhaust hole of the gas-liquid separator 100 and a button trap 12 communicating with the treatment tank 10 and having a pressure substantially equal to the air pressure of the treatment tank is provided. The bypass solvent circulating passage 80 has a rising passage 81, the rising passage 81 has a light transmitting type turbidity detecting device 70, and the outlet of the gas-liquid separator 100 has a check valve 40, whereby the detection part of the light transmitting type turbidity detecting device 70 is regularly filled with a solvent, so that the observation window is never fouled by drying, and the reduction in turbidity detecting precision or detecting erroneous operation by bubble entrainment can be prevented.
