Abstract:

To connect an ultrasonic vibrator and a circuit for driving the vibrator with high reliability by a simple method in an ultrasonic cleaner for carrying out the ultrasonic cleaning of a fiber product such as clothes.

This ultrasonic cleaner 1 has an ultrasonic vibrating part 10 obtained by joining the ultrasonic vibrator 11 to an ultrasonic horn 14 and 15, the circuit part 6 for driving the ultrasonic vibrator 11, and a connector 20 obtained by integrating an electrode 21 for the ultrasonic vibrator 11, with a terminal 22 for the driving circuit. The connector 20 has a vibration-absorbing structure (a bellow-shaped spring structure 23 or the like) between the electrode for the ultrasonic vibrator 11 and the terminal 22 for the driving circuit.
