Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe allowing high-accuracy putting of a mark for indicating a range that is a target of manual technique on a body surface.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe 2 is provided with a shielding body 10 of an ultrasonic wave extending in an elevation direction (a Z-axis direction) in one portion in an azimuth direction (an X-axis direction) of a transmission/reception face 2a of the ultrasonic wave. The shielding body 10 has an elongated shape, and is removably provided such that the shielding body 10 pinches side faces of the ultrasonic probe 2 in the elevation direction. The shielding body 10 becomes a reference for inscribing a mark for indicating a range that is a target of manual technique to a subject that is a transmission/reception target of the ultrasonic wave on the body surface of the subject.
