Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unidirectional prepreg with a glass cloth which is free from a resin missing part on a surface, and high in bond strength between a reinforced fiber material arranged by being drawn unidirectionally and the glass cloth.
SOLUTION: When a unidirectional prepreg with a glass cloth is manufactured, after temporarily bonding by preliminarily superimposed a resin film on a glass cloth, a sheet-like reinforced fiber material line is superimposed so that a glass cloth surface is adjacent to a reinforced fiber line surface, then supplied to a heating and pressing mechanism, and matrix resin is made to permeate the reinforced fiber material which is impregnated therewith making the matrix resin pass through the glass cloth layer.
