Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unloader in which when loads, which are stuck flat on a load-carrying platform of a truck of a wing roof type or the like, are unloaded onto a palette for forklift transportation, a height of the palette comes to be same as a height of the load-carrying platform of the truck.SOLUTION: An unloader 10 is equipped with a load-receiving frame 20, and a conveyor 30 and a palette stocker 40 on a top face of the frame 20. The load-receiving frame 20 has a length substantially same as a longitudinal length of the load-carrying platform of a truck B and a width substantially same as a width of a palette A. The frame is provided with a leg 21, which can adjust an upper surface height of the palette A disposed thereon. A pair of conveyors 30 are provided on both sides of the upper surface of the load-receiving frame 20. The palette stocker 40 is provided on a side opposite to the load-carrying platform side of the load-receiving 20, and stores an unused palette A in leaning state. A bottom surface of the palette stocker 40 is provided with a conveyor 41 for a stocker, thereby enabling transportation of the palette A while keeping the leaning state thereof.
