Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the collapse of the shape of a compression-molded matter from occurring at its unloading from a bottom mold.
CONSTITUTION: A bottom mold 11 consists of two comb-shaped supporting frame 30, which is bendably connected with each other through a shaft pin 31, a deformable molding surface forming plate 32, which is mounted on both the comb-shaped supporting frames 30 by means of bolts 34, and a leaf spring 33, which is provided underside the molding surface forming plate 32 at its middle. At the unloading of a compression-molded matter 15 from the bottom mold 11. By applying horizontal pressing force to the bottom mold 11 with a pressing rod from the side of the supporting frame, both the comb-shaped supporting frames 30 are bent at their connection portions so as to bend or curve the molding surface forming plate 32 convex upwards, resulting in producing clearance between the molded matter 15 and the molding surface forming plate 32. Next, by inserting lifting rods 42 between the clearances and then raising the rods, the molded matter 15 is unloaded upwards from the bottom mold 11 under the state being placed on the rods 42.
