Abstract:
To realize an unwoven fabric material for molding excellent in handleability as a raw material by achieving detachment prevention between laminate constituents of a molding material, and a molded body excellent in elasticity with resistance to an outer force such as scattering stones even after being molded by a heating treatment of the material again, and capable of achieving excellent sound absorption property by suppressing air permeable inhibition by an adhesive component while maintaining detachment resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided unwoven fabric material for molding for molding to a prescribed shape by heating molding, having a 2-layer structure of a long fibber unwoven fabric layer consisting of at least a polyester resin and a short fiber unwoven fabric layer consisting of the polyester resin, and having non-extended polypropylene layer which is flow solidified in vicinity of a boundary surface between the long fibber unwoven fabric layer and the short fiber unwoven fabric layer exists in a localization manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
