Abstract:
To provide an urban asset management system capable of adequately evaluating urban assets.SOLUTION: An evaluation index management DB 214 is stored with management information representing correspondence relation between relativity between respective assets and kinds and evaluation standards of the respective assets. A data collection/management part 108 collects related data on the respective assets. An evaluation calculation part (209-212) specifies, based upon the management information, an influencing asset which influences evaluation of an asset to be evaluated based upon object evaluation standards corresponding to a kind of an object asset to be evaluated; and evaluating, based upon data related to the object asset to be evaluated and the influence assets, respectively, by using the object evaluation standards.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
