Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a urethane resin composition which controls foaming in application at high temperature and high humidity and provides appearance of excellent finish since a urethane resin has excellent abrasion resistance, followability to a crack in a substrate and curability in application in winter, the urethane resin is widely used as a coating material including coated flooring, however, excellent appearance and performances are hardly obtained due to foaming on the surface when application is carried out under conditions of high temperature and high humidity in summer, for example, at 35°C-95% RH, etc., especially the phenomenon is remarkable at the lapped part of a coating/joining part and in the case of thin coating of ≤0.6 kg/m2 so that the phenomenon is improved.
SOLUTION: The urethane resin composition comprises a natural oil and fat-based polyol as a main agent component, preferably a castor oil-modified polyol, hydraulic alumina and zeolite as main components, an isocyanate compound as a curing agent, preferably a polyphenylmethane polyisocyanate in the composition ratio of the hydraulic alumina to zeolite of 2-10:1.
