To ensure the reliable operation of a valve all the time by reliably preventing biting of foreign matters in the normal range.

This valve structure is provided with a main body 1, a spool 2 slidably inserted in the main body, and spool driving means 1a, 3 for sliding the spool in the main body. An inflow port 1b to which operating oil is to be supplied and an outflow port 1c from which operating oil is to be allowed to flow are provided on the main body 1, a passage 2d for communicating the inflow port with the outflow port is formed on the spool 2, and the passage of the spool is opened and closed by the main body on the basis of the sliding movement of the spool. The passage 2d of the spool is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a land 2e for normally closing the inflow port in relation to the outflow port in the sliding range of the spool in the operation of the valve so as to extend in the axial direction of the land.
