Title:
VAPORIZING TYPE OIL BURNER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5798711
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To remove tar acumulated in a vaporizing type oil burner, by heating the inner space of a vaporizer to make a high-temperature atmosphere therein, and effecting oilless burning of a vaporizing chamber and a vaporization stabilizing material.

CONSTITUTION: In effecting oilless burning of a vaporizer 1, oil left in a fuel tank 23 is removed and a short-circuiting switch 29 is turned ON so that an electronic control circuit 22 for controlling current supply to a heater may not operate. Then, a main switch 28 is turned ON. Resultantly, current is supplied continuously to a heater 18, and air is supplied to the vaporizer 1 through racing of an oil feed pump 7, so that temperature in a vaporizing chamber 2 is raised up to 500°C. Therefore, tar adhered to the inner surface of the vaporizing chamber 2 and a vaporizatio stabilizing material 17 can be removed by way of thermal decomposition.
