A weighty part 61 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of a swash plate 21 to be the mass existing in a position most separate from the axis L of rotation in the swash plate 21. Accordingly, when a vehicle engine is rotated at high speed, larger centrifugal force is applied to the swash plate 21 so as to enlarge the moment in the direction of decreasing an angle of skew applied to itself due to the centrifugal force. As the result, even if the moment in the direction of increasing the angle of skew applied to the swash plate 21 is enlarged by the piston inertia force, the moment in the direction of increasing the angle of skew is cancelled by the moment in the direction of decreasing the angle of skew to be lessened.
