In the vehicle controlling device provided with an operation position sensor 26 for detecting the displacement position of an operation lever 10 and an electric control device 46 for controlling the vehicle according to the detected value, if the operation lever 10 displaces abnormally or is operated abruptly, the reactive force to the operation lever 10 is increased due to the control of a reactive force generating mechanism 20 by the electric control device 46. In addition, the rolling state of the vehicle is restricted by making the electric controller 46 correcting the attitude control of an absorber control device 49 and a stabilizer control device according to the tire slip angle αand the car body slip angle β which are caused in the vehicle.
