An outer member 10 is provided with a folded-back part 12, which is formed by bending an edge that forms a glass run storing part 11 to the outside of the vehicle and by folding it back to the inside of the vehicle, and which has an opening 13 that is opened on the inside of the vehicle. The edge 23a, which forms an extension part 23 extended to the vehicle outside of a body part 22, of an inner member 20 is inserted in the opening 13 of the folded-back part 12. On an end surface 23b of the edge 23a of the extension part 23, a projection part 25, which is heated and melted by current concentration in resistance welding and pressure joins the end surface 23b to the opposite part 12a of the folded-back part 12, is formed protrusively to the vehicle outside. The projection part 25 has an arc shape protruding to the vehicle outside in the cross-sectional shape of the end thereof.
