To provide a vehicle door opening/closing structure allowing smooth drawing of a door in a half-door position into a totally closed position by a plurality of closer mechanisms.
The vehicle door opening/closing structure opens/closes a front door while maintaining a parallel state by an opening/closing mechanism, wherein strikers are fixed to both ends in the vehicle longitudinal direction of an opening of a vehicle body, and door lock mechanisms having latches engaged with the corresponding strikers are provided at both ends in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the front door. The front door is provided with closer mechanisms corresponding to the respective door lock mechanisms. When the front door is closed into the half-door position, all the closer mechanisms are simultaneously put in draw-in operation to draw the front door into the totally closed position from the half-door position. After the draw-in operation is completed, all the closer mechanisms are simultaneously put in return operation after the lapse of a predetermined time.
