Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely part a preplaced lens together with a movable die so as to improve moldability in molding an integrated lens by a multi-color molding method, and provide a high-quality lens.
SOLUTION: This luminaire has an integrated lens 2 in which a preplaced lens 4 and a postplaced lens 3 are connected, standing ribs 31 and 41 are provided backward from a lens surface along a junction part of these lenses 3 and 4, and a height of the standing rib 41 of the preplaced lens 4 is raised higher than a height of the standing rib 31 of the postplaced lens 3. Even when the integrated lens 2 is formed by a forming method using a movable die MK, and a preplacement die FK and a postplacement die SK, an adhesion between the standing rib 41 and the movable die MK is improved at the time of forming the preplaced lens 4, and the preplaced lens 4 is surely held to the movable die MK, thereby enabling prevention of an incomplete molding beforehand.
