Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp evasion of the work instructions and the intentional and lazy cut-off of the power supply of a radio unit and to ensure the impartial work instructions.
SOLUTION: A vehicle computer 2 is provided with a data transmission request means 13 which gives a data transmission request to a radio unit 8. On the other hand, the unit 8 is provided with a preparation end answer means 14 which gives an answer to the output of the means 13 when the power supply is normally secured and the unit 8 can operate. The output of the means 14 is defined as a precondition for the computer 2 to transmit the data. At the same time, the frequency where the progress is secured for the normal transmission of data is stored in the computer 2 together with the frequency where the progress is not secured for the normal transmission of data. These storage contents are taken out later.
