To easily and certainly connect an electric circuit and a harness of electrical equipment to each other at low cost.
A wiring 15 of the electric circuit is formed by directly printing or applying an electrically-conductive material containing an adhesive on a resin made door inner panel body 3. A recessed part 19 is formed on the door inner panel body 3 and a terminal 23 of the harness 21 extending from a speaker, a motor and a switch is stored and held. An end part of the wiring 15 of the electric circuit is extended on the recessed part 19. A clearance part 25 is formed between the recessed part 19 and the terminal 23. The electrically-conductive material 27 containing the adhesive is filled in the clearance 25 so as to be adhered on a surface of the terminal 23, and the terminal 23 is connected and fastened to the end part of the wiring 15 of the electric circuit with the electrically-conductive material 27.
