Abstract:

To further reduce engine brake effect by arranging a one-way clutch for connecting an input rotary member and an output rotary shaft according as a rotating speed of the output rotary shaft exceeds a rotating speed of the input rotary member at inverse load operation time, between an input rotary shaft and the output rotary shaft.

An input cylinder shaft 17 of a hydraulic pump P is connected to an internal combustion engine E, and an output rotary shaft 18 of a hydraulic motor M is connected to a driving wheel. A one-way clutch 48 for connecting the input cylinder shaft 17 to the output rotary shaft 18 according to the increase of a rotating speed of the output rotary shaft 18 over a rotating speed of the input cylinder shaft 17 at inverse load operation time, is arranged between the input cylinder shaft 17 and the output rotary shaft 18. The one-way clutch 48 is actuated so as to connect the input cylinder shaft 17 to the output rotary shaft 18 according to the increase of rotating speed of the output rotary shaft 18 over a rotating speed of the input cylinder shaft 17 at engine brake time so as to connect the input cylinder shaft 17 to the output rotary shaft 18 to thereby further reduce engine brake effect.
