PURPOSE: To simply and safely adjust alignment of wheel shafts in respect to a vehicular body by rotationally adjusting an engagement pin for attaching a plate spring to a front spring hanger, in respect to an attaching means within a specified range.

CONSTITUTION: An equalizer beam 12 is arranged pivotably around a cross tube shaft 13 laid over a saddle device 14. A plate spring 16 is attached to the saddle device 14 on an upper side of the equalizer beam 12, while its front end is connected to a front spring hanger 18 and its rear end is connected to a rear spring hanger 20. In such a case, the front spring hanger 18f is detachably attached to a vehicular frame. An engagement pin 30 of the plate spring 16 is loosely fitted to an attaching means so as to move eccentrically within a limited range. A groove 52 is formed, for instance, on an outer surface of the attaching means 50. A tool is inserted into the groove 52 and turned, so that the attaching means 50 is eccentrically moved in respect to the plate spring in front and rear directions.
