A pivot 23a on a DR side with a wiper arm 15a on the DR side being mounted thereon is turnably supported by a pivot holder 22a on the DR side to be fixed to a vehicle body, and the pivot holder 22a on the DR side is connected to a motor bracket 31 fixed to the vehicle body via a connection frame 38. The wiper motor 24a on the DR side is fixed to the motor bracket 31 so that its output shaft 35 is inclined with respect to the pivot 23a on the DR side. A drive shaft 61 arranged so as to be inclined with respect to the output shaft 35 and the pivot 23a on the DR side is connected to the output shaft 35 and the pivot 23a on the DR side via universal joints 62, 63.
