Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional full harness type safety belt does not have a trunk belt, that the safety belt is mostly of a parachute type where an upper belt for binding the upper part of a body is connected with a lower belt for binding the legs, so that various kinds of tools required for most of works cannot be carried with a user, and that right and left waist cross part of the trunk belt, which is sometimes provided for the safety belt, is wide, so that a place for putting a tool bag etc. through the trunk belt and a size are restricted.
SOLUTION: This vertical belt connector for a safety belt is connected with a nearly X-shaped upper belt and a belt with connection rings. In the nearly X-shaped upper belt, a pair of prescribed length belts are made to cross each other on the back and one end to be positioned to the front of the chest over a shoulder and the other end folded back by a connection ring positioned at the waist is connected in front of the chest. In the belt with connection rings, a pair of prescribed length belts whose one end is sewn with the connection ring on both of the sides of the waist are made to cross each other at a crotch part and the other end of which binds the upper thigh and is sewn separately to the connection ring of the waist part. To the connection ring 3, a trunk belt type safety belt purchased already can be fitted later according to need.
