Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical type screw press device where the dewatering of a material to be treated is easy, the concentration degree of the material to be treated is improved and further the wear and breakage of screw blades can be reduced.SOLUTION: In a vertical type screw press device 1: a raw material charging port is disposed at an upper part; a screw body 11 provided with first and second screw blades 8, 9 having different spiral thread numbers is vertically disposed in a vertical cylindrical body 12 respectively disposed with the outlet 24 of a compression separation liquid and the discharge port 18 of a dewatered cake at a lower part; and further a screw cut part 10 having a specified width not disposed with the screw blades is formed between the first screw blade 8 and the second screw blade 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
