To provide a vice device capable of easily performing locking of a body to a guide rod and clamping operation of a work.

A vice device 1 is provided with a body 2 which is slidable on a guide rod R erected on a table T such as a circular saw, a clamp member 4 which is movable between a clamp position at which the clamp body abuts on a work W and an unclamp position at which clamping is to be released, a lock member 5 which is movable between a lock position at which the body 2 is position locked to the guide rod R and an unlock position at which locking is released, and an operating member 6 which is movable between an operating position and an operation releasing position. The clamp member 4 and the lock member 5 are respectively positioned at the unclamp position and the unlock position where the operations of the operating member 6 are released, and these members are moved to the clamp position and the lock position respectively when the operating member 6 is moved to the operating position.
