Abstract:

To simultaneously distribute video and audio within a range of satisfying requirements from user terminals among video and audio photographed by one or more cameras arranged side by side so as to be capable of seamlessly photographing an object.

A video distribution apparatus composes video images received from cameras in the unit of frames, and each user terminal transmits a transmission request including camera identification information to designate one of the cameras and range designation information to designate part of the fully surrounded video images imaged by the cameras to the video distribution apparatus via a network, and the video distribution apparatus segments part of the video images received from the camera designated by the camera identification information on the basis of the range designation information and transmits the segmented video image to the user terminal being a transmission requester.
