PURPOSE: To easily adjust the titled device and to reduce the cost of the device by sharing a timing adjusting function.

CONSTITUTION: When a channel switching input receiving signal is inputted from a channel switching input terminal 4 to a data input means 2-7 in a microcomputer 5, a data area address for a specified channel is outputted from a CPU 2-10 to an EEPROM 2-5. Then, a specified channel of an input switching means 2-1 is specified from the microcomputer 5 to an output port 2-6. The specified channel is switched by the means 2-1 and outputted to a common timing adjusting means 2-4. Since the quantity of delay in each host device is previously stored in a data area address of the EEPROM 2-5, the quantity of delay of the specified channel is read out at the time of specifying the address and outputted to the means 2-4 and timing corresponding to the quantity of delay is adjusted.
