PURPOSE: To obtain a device that can easily transfer a voice output, by providing a means that delays the voice output of the numerical value delivered after the unit information to be delivered immediately after omission of the voice output of zero among the numerical information.

CONSTITUTION: In case the voice output of zero among the numerical information is omitted, a means is provided to delay the voice output of a numerical value to be delivered after the unit information such as a hundred million, a ten thousand and the like that is delivered after the numerical value of zero. For instance, a switch SW is provided to a keyboard KB of an electronic calculator incorporating a voice output device VC to designate a queuing for time to generate numerical information for transfer. When this switch SW is turned on, the zero in the numerical data is not pronounced. Instead, "tonde (skipping)" is pronounced. In such case, the next numerical data is never pronounced for a time during which a transcriber writes 0 in a necessary number and after the digit information such as a hundred million, a ten thousand, and the like is pronounced.
