Abstract:
To prevent incorrect detection of a pressure sensor in a washing and drying machine with a circulation air course.
A washing and drying machine connects a circulation air course to a housing chamber containing clothing and circulates air by blower in the housing chamber and the circulation air course. The circulation air course is provided with an opening connected to outside of the machine, and a damper which can open and close this opening. A pressure sensor detecting pressure of the housing chamber is installed. Drying operation control means closes the damper and drives the blower in drying operation, and opens the damper in an appropriate timing. Damper control means opens the damper in pressure detection action of the pressure sensor.
