Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine which secures an air blowing path even without including a circulation pump, and which has improved washing performance by warming laundry in which a detergent solution is impregnated with warm air.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: a washing tub; a drying unit 60 which has an inlet and an outlet 22, and for drying the air in the washing tub taken in from the inlet and exhausting it from the outlet 22; a blowout port connected to the outlet 22 and for blowing out the air dried by the drying unit 60 from the upper part of the washing tub; and a suction port 145 connected to the inlet, and for sucking the air in the washing tub guided to the drying unit 60 from a non-submersion position of the washing tub. The non-submersion position is a position above a liquid level of a detergent liquid before starting washing, and the air in the washing tub sucked from the suction port 145 is dried in the drying unit 60, blown out from the blowout port and circulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
