PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine system capable of grasping an optimum operation course easily in the washing machine capable of an operation of a plurality of operation courses.SOLUTION: A washing machine system 1 of the embodiment includes: a washing machine 2; and display operation terminals (monitor terminal 3, portable terminal 8) having display means (monitor display part 3a, portable display part 8a). At the display means (monitor display part 3a, portable display part 8a) of the display operation terminals (monitor terminal 3, portable terminal 8), a plurality of washing instruction marks and additional information, which is information regarding laundry, are displayed selectively. Based on the combination of the washing instruction mark and the additional information, it is determined whether an operation of the washing machine 2 is possible, and when the operation is determined to be possible, an operation course suitable for the operation is notified.
