Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine with a partial washing device preventing the partial washing device from being operated though there is no laundry.
SOLUTION: The partial washing device 100 is mounted on a main body 2A housing a washing tub 30 and a tray 181 receiving laundry is combined with the partial washing device 100. The partial washing device 100 is provided with an ultrasonic vibration device 111 in a washing part 110 and is also provided with a laundry detection means 301 detecting the laundry on the tray 181 and a tray detection means 131 detecting the tray 181 itself. In the case that the tray detection means 131 does not detect the presence of the tray 181 or the laundry detection means 301 does not detect the presence of the laundry, the partial washing device 100 can not be turned to an operation state or an operation is stopped when it is under the operation.
