Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from splashing by discharging a washing liquid from above as shower water.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: an inner tub 2 which accommodates laundries and in which an agitating blade 4 is rotatably disposed at a central bottom part; an outer tub 1 which includes the inner tub 2 and stores a washing liquid; an outer tub cover 6 which is provided at an upper part of the outer tub 1; a motor 9 which rotationally drives the agitating blade 4 or the inner tub 2; a small chamber 14 which is provided at the outer tub 1, which makes the inner tub 2 rotate and which pumps the washing liquid to the outer tub cover 6; a discharge part 17 which is provided at the outer tub cover 6 and which discharges the pumped washing liquid to the inner tub; and a flow passage 16 which connects the small chamber 14 and the discharge part 17. As a throttle part 16b having a small cross section is provided in the flow passage 16, the washing machine not only reduces washing unevenness and enhances washing power by discharging shower water to the laundries but also can prevent water from splashing when the shower water hits the laundries.
