To provide a device which washes a syrup line with BIB sanitarily and efficiently by utilizing sanitary drink water stored in a vending machine as washing water.

A vending machine has an additional three-forked cock 19 on an exit pipe of a water storage 2 and a washing water hose 20 taken out from a diverging port 19a of the cook 19. When a syrup line 11 is washed, BIB 1 is removed from BIB connector 14 connected to an entrance of the syrup line 11, and BIB 1 is replaced with a hose joint 21 which is connected to the end of the hose 20. When the hose joint 21 joins the hose 20 to the connector 14 and the diverging port 19a is opened and a syrup pump 13 is operated, stored water in the water storage 2 is sucked in the hose 20 and flows in the line 11 and conducts washing.
